Your area of responsibility:

Creation and simulation of machining programs in TopSolid’Cam, selection of the optimum machining tools and determination of the most efficient cutting values
Conversion of CNC programs into Heidenhain format for the respective machine, with the help of postprocessors
Verification of the Heidenhain programs or simulation using a virtual machine at the Heidenhain programming station
Generation of complete tool lists for tool presetting and tool measurement
Supporting employees on the machines when running in new programs and optimizing programs for repeat parts

This is what you have to offer:

Degree as Dipl.
Ing.
/ Master Mechanical Engineering or Technician / Master Metalworker with programming experience
Experience in CNC milling
Knowledge of CNC programming for Heidenhain controls
Experience with CAM systems
Very good 3D imagination
Careful and conscientious way of working
strong ability to work in a team
Motivation and strong communication skills
